New Bosch and KitchenAid Products Available at Appliance Gallery

Appliance Gallery has added new products from Bosch and KitchenAid at its Milwaukee showroom, 4550 W. Wisconsin Ave.

Bosch recently introduced a 30″ stainless steel single-wall oven with a left swing door for easier and better ergonomic access to the oven cavity. The oven has a full-extension telescopic rack that offers safe access to the oven cavity, as well as an easy to use color control panel.

Designed to be installed flush with cabinetry, the oven has 14 specialized cooking modes, European convection for even baking, temperature conversion for convection cooking, and a fast preheat setting that reduces preheat time. In addition, the oven features a two-hour self-clean cycle, two halogen lights for superior cavity illumination, an extra large door window for easy monitoring of cooking process, and a recessed eight-pass broil element for increased capacity and safety.

KitchenAid now offers a built-in stainless bottom mount refrigerator with platinum interior design that features the Preserva® Food Care System and the SatinGlide® System with Soft-Close. The Preserva® Food Care System has two independent cooling systems that provides a dedicated refrigeration unit to help keep food fresh longer, and a separate system for frozen food. The FreshFlow™ Air Filter helps minimize odors while the FreshFlow™ Produce Preserver helps delay over-ripening.

The refrigerator features satin textured handles while a platinum interior design enhances the look of the inside. LED lighting, which use less energy, are maintenance-free, and never need to be replaced, illuminates the inside of the refrigerator and freezer offering better visibility. Intuitive
controls make it easy to adjust the temperature of both the refrigerator and freezer, while adjustable spill-resistant glass shelves are easy to clean and help prevent messes from spilling over into other parts of the refrigerator. The shelf edges are nano-etched with a textured surface that helps contain spills, and allows use of the whole shelf from edge-to-edge.

KitchenAid has also introduced 27-inch and 30-inch Single Wall Ovens with Even-Heat™ True Convection, which provides consistent heating and even cooking. A unique bow-tie shaped design and convection fan helps ensure there are no burnt edges or undercooked centers. The Temperature Probe delivers accurate measurement of internal temperatures of meats, poultry, and casseroles without opening the oven door.

The built-in wall oven, which features satin textured handles, precision touch controls, and a chrome inlaid frame, has a five cubic foot capacity for preparing multiple dishes at the same time. The Even-Heat™ Preheat function helps remove cold spots to ensure even baking because the entire oven, including the walls and racks, are heated to the correct temperature. The SatinGlide™ roll-out extension rack allows easy loading and features an easy-grip handle, while the glass-touch display with control lock function offers an intuitive glass touch screen experience that’s easy to wipe clean. The ovens also have a self-cleaning cycle that uses high temperature to power through soils in the oven cavity, requiring only a quick wipe down at the end of the cycle.
